Description
The Province and ESIT entered into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated March 30, 2009, for the provision of managed hosting and data centre services. The STMS Agreement has been renewed for five-years (April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029) for Managed Hosting and Data Centre Services.
The successful Proponent is responsible for performing compliance audits to examine and conclude whether the activities or transactions subject to examination comply with a specific set of contractual requirements. The STMS Agreement includes a provision for profit sharing between the parties. Annually, ESIT prepares a financial summary (Financial Report) which includes a margin calculation and the application of the profit-sharing amount. The compliance audit will assess whether the application of the profit sharing has been treated correctly and in accordance with the STMS provisions.
The compliance audit will be conducted for each fiscal year of the renewal term:
- FY2024/25, ending March 31, 2025
- FY2025/26, ending March 31, 2026
- FY2026/27, ending March 31, 2027
- FY2027/28, ending March 31, 2028
- FY2028/29, ending March 31, 2029
