Description
The Ministry of Finance supplies vendor with published financial and/or other documents for exact replication in EDGAR format in anticipation of the vendor filing the EDGAR formatted documents as an 18-K or 18-KA submission with the United States Securities Regulator, the Securities and Exchange Commission.  The expected service standard from receipt of the document(s) through to filing completion can be as little as a few hours or as much as a few days depending on the filing urgency.
