    Description
    The Network Connectivity Branch (NCS) of the Ministry of Citizens' Services (the Ministry) invites interested parties to submit proposals for the provision of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS software and the associated services for migration from our current system.

    The Province seeks a Value Added Reseller (VAR) that will provide Products to the Province as further detailed in this RFP including Appendix B: Proposal Response Form.

    The Province of BC is committed to upgrading our IT service management capabilities by implementing the BMC Helix ITSM SaaS software solution.  This Initiative includes the associated services for migrating from our current BMC Remedy ARS ITSM system to the ARS component of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS.   
    Currently,  As part of this project, we aim to transition from Remedy services to  Helix.

    The Province is seeking a one-year term of BMC Helix licensing for the Province’s use to ensure interoperability, compatibility, and performance with the current critical infrastructure exclusively utilizing BMC Helix Products and the associated ARS components.
