DESCRIPTION/SCOPE: Supply and delivery of the following items:
- C76 Class III and IV reinforced concrete pipe, bell and spigot of various diameters (375mm to 1650mm).
- Pre benched reinforced concrete maintenance hole bases manufactured to ASTM C478 specifications of various diameters (1050mm to 2400mm) and heights (0.6m to 2.1m).
- Reinforced concrete maintenance hole sections of various sizes (1050mm to 2400mm)
- Reinforced concrete maintenance hole tops of various sizes (1050mm to 2400mm).
- “O” ring gaskets for maintenance hole sections and bases.
- Customs core inlets for pipe connections in reinforced concrete manhole base.
This direct award is a temporary measure to ensure business continuity on the City’s sewer construction work whilst the City waits for a resolution to the anticipated supply disruption at our contracted supplier.
The contract is valued at approximately $615,000, for the initial six-month term, with extension options at the City's discretion, upon written notice from the City to the Supplier.
