    Description
    This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Municipal Hall HVAC Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
    Work under this contract includes the replacement of two Roof Top Heat Pumps and one Energy Recovery Ventilator as well as associated ducting, controls, roof well modifications and removal of old roof structure on the North Wing of Municipal Hall located at 7030 Trans-Canada Hwy. Duncan, BC.

    The Owner invites tenders for:
