Description
The proponent shall be responsible for all necessary steps to complete the Fleet Replacement Plan, including developing a process to perform a condition assessment on an ongoing basis that allows adjustments to the fleet replacement plan based on real-time information. The steps that are required include, but are not limited to:
- Initiate and Manage Project
- Review Fleet Size and Composition
- Conduct Fleet Replacement Analysis
- Develop a process that enables continued assessment of the fleets condition and needs based on real time information providing for adjustment to the 20-year replacement plan
