This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by BCNET to prospective Proponents to submit proposal for the provision of Uniforms, Linens and Supply Management Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Part 2) (the “Deliverables”).
BCNET is a not-for-profit, shared services organization that represents the interest of our members – colleges, universities, and research institutes in British Columbia. We continuously engage with our members to explore, evaluate, and develop solutions that meet their unique needs. A comprehensive Company profile of BCNET can be found at www.bc.net.  
The intention is to enter into negotiations with top ranking Proponent that meet and/or exceed the objectives of this RFP.
BCNET is issuing this RFP that will benefit the Purchasing Consortium. A list of Purchasing Consortium Members is set out below. As set out further in the RFP, BCNET will manage and administer the RFP process on behalf of the Purchasing Consortium.
