- In order to capture how plants respond to stresses, a wide range of physiological responses need to be measured including carbon assimilation and transpiration rates, stomatal behavior, and changes in other photosynthetic capabilities. The purchase of a new Portable Leaf and Soil Gas Exchange System with Fluorometer is required to support ongoing research
