Description
Through this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), the Town of Osoyoos (the "Town") invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works to expand and upgrade an existing cast-in-place valve chamber, including tie-ins, mechanical piping/valves, and upgraded controls. 

Full details of the Work required is provided in the Contract Drawings contained ion Exhibit A, plus the Specifications of this RFP. Key work details are as follows:

Location: The Place of the Work is the Project Location as shown on the Contract Drawing 01, 74th Avenue, Osoyoos, BC.  Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
  • The Work may commence anytime after: the anticipated Contract Execution date of May 15, 2023. 
  • The Work must be Ready-for-Takeover no later than: 28 weeks rom commencement of the Work.

Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the Town and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 - 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions.
