SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Town of Osoyoos (the “Town”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing construction of the new 85th Street Plaza, a new recreation and gathering space which is to be constructed on 85th Street in Osoyoos, BC. 

Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.  A summary of the Work is as follows:

Location: The Place of the Work is on 85th Street near the intersection with Main Street, Osoyoos, BC, as shown on the Drawings.

Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
  • The Work may commence anytime after: September 8, 2023
  • Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than:  May 1, 2024
  • Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than May 31, 2024.
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 9 month(s).
