Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing an estimated 328 square meters of concrete sidewalk repairs and related works as part of the City’s annual sidewalk repair program. The location for the repairs are various locations throughout the City of Merritt, BC as detailed further herein. Substantial Performance for all Works must be achieved no later than October 15, 2023
Form of Contract: The Work will be performed using the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions.
