Description
The RDNO wishes to retain a Prime Consultant (architect) and Consultants (together the “Design Team”) who will be responsible for program development, site assessment, schematic design, design development, working and construction documents, and construction contract administration related to constructing a Child Care Building with a total project budget of $2.16 million (includes all related costs, including but not limited to design, site prep, and soft costs).

In addition to the services associated with Child Care Building, the design team will be responsible for program development, schematic design, design development, and Class ‘C’ costing for the Resource Centre Expansion and Site.
