Description
This RFP is to select a qualified Construction Management (CM) firm with the expertise to provide site management, advice, administrative and technical services through all design phases and to be responsible for all construction work to deliver this project within an estimated budget forecast of $5,700,000.00 plus GST. Only Proposals from CM’s that include key staff with previous outdoor pool experience of projects of similar size and scope will be considered. All enquiries related to this RFP must be made via Bonfire.
