Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability experienced fencing companies, to supply and install up to 1385 linear meters of chain link fencing, plus slide gates at the following two locations:
- In locations around the perimeter of Merritt Regional Airport, located at 4510 Airport Road, Merritt, as shown on the Drawings.
- Along an area to the rear of homes on Spring Bank Avenue, Merritt, as shown on the Drawings.
Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
- The Work may commence anytime after: September 15, 2024
- Substantial Performance of the Work (including any of the Optional Work if added) must be achieved no later than: October 15, 2024
- Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: October 18, 2024
