Community Capital Management

The FNHA is interested in receiving RFEOI from qualified organizations to supply one or more products &/or services offering Facilities Management capabilities for about 200 buildings across British Columbia. The products or services should, and that can support specific business process management scenarios. This solution, service, or suite of tools will be configurable so as to meet FNHA’s current requirements and expandable to address anticipated future needs.

FNHA is also interested in receiving estimates for the nature, cost and timing of professional services that would be required for the phased setup, configuration and ongoing support of the product(s) &/or service(s). The FNHA is in the discovery phase, and the requirements, and methodology are subject to change.

This RFEOI is an invitation for each proponent to provide their detailed response to FNHA in order to afford FNHA the opportunity to gauge such responses and evaluate each Respondent’s expertise and proposed solution. FNHA is under no obligation to enter into discussions, negotiations, or any agreement of any form. FNHA may, in its sole discretion, subsequently issue a formal RFQ and/or RFP. FNHA may choose to limit the RFQ and/or RFP to the shortlisted proponents from this RFEOI based on the criteria set out in Section 4.0. FNHA will not be liable for any costs, damages, etc. incurred by the proponents for their work in creating and submitting a response to this RFEOI or any costs associated with any subsequent formal RFQ and/or RFP that FNHA chooses to initiate.
