    Description
This RFPQ aims to pre-qualify respondents for Supply of Service Management – Service Now Professional Services for the First Nation Health Authority (FNHA). When the needs arise, successful proponents may be asked to submit quotations/proposals on Statements of Work issued through a Pre-qualification Vendor Quotation (PQVQ) request for such services. The successful Proponents will be included in an FNHA standing/ongoing list of pre-qualified Service Management / Service Now vendors that the FNHA may commission in the future. The responses and proposals provided will help the FNHA find suitable parties who may be asked to submit quotations/proposals for Supply of Service Management – Service Now -related professional Services.

The list will be in effect for two (2) years or until such time that it is cancelled at FNHA’s discretion. During such time, FNHA will ensure the ongoing qualified status of a pre-qualified vendor by confirming that the pre-qualified vendor: a) has been actively providing services to FNHA within a rolling 2-year period; b) has demonstrated through the provision of services delivered that it meets the qualification criteria; and c) is in good standing with FNHA and/or the individuals(s) served as evidenced by meeting its contractual commitments, including FNHA’s monitoring standards.
