Project: Rugg Road to Blackcomb Way Water Main Connection 
RDNO invites tenders for: 
  • Installation of 200mm diameter water main by open cut, including appurtenances and valves, ~106m.
  • Installation of 200mm diameter water main by horizontal directional drilling, ~215m.
  • Road restoration with subbase, base and asphalt pavement, ~320m.
  • Road shoulder, driveways, and surface restorationsThe project schedule calls for completion of the above works in 2025, with Total Performance to be achieved by October 31, 2025, subject to water main extension on Blackcomb Way being completed prior to this date (by a private developer's Contractor).

    A non-mandatroy pre-tender meeting for all prospective tenderers will be held on: Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 2:00pm on site - located at the north end of Rugg Road within Vernon B.C.
