Description
In this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”), The BC Housing is acting just assisting the company is posting the Tender to reach more bidders for the project. All evaluation, responses, and addendum will be managed directly by Chandos Construction Ltd.
For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at Chandos, CCL will be:Ryan Krebes, Senior Estimator rkrebes@chandos.comAll queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.
Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted via email to the contact described above.
Proposals delivered electronically should have the Proponent’s name clearly identifiable and should include the RFP’s title (as set out on the cover page) in the subject line.

Deadline for Questions: July 14, 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: July 21, 2026Submission Deadline: July 28, 2026 @ 3:00 P.M. PT
