This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the demolition and reconstruction of the playground at Smith Creek Park, located at 3101 Smith Creek Road, West Kelowna, BC, V4T 1M8.
