The City of West Kelowna is seeking a qualified Consultant for the development of the City’s Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw and Program Update. The DCC Bylaw is a comprehensive fees bylaw that will fund the City’s capital projects identified in the City’s master plans to accommodate community growth ensuring adequate resources to efficiently handle expansion while encouraging development
