BCNET is a not-for-profit, shared services organization that represents the interest of our members – colleges, universities, and research institutes in British Columbia (“Members”). The intention of this RFP is to select and enter into negotiations with the top ranking Proponent to enter into a single Master Agreement, that meets and/or exceeds the objectives of this RFP.
