Description
The University of British Columbia (“UBC”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced providers to offer and implement a Continuity Information Management (CIMS) solution that supports its business continuity and organizational resilience program. The solution will provide a centralized platform to create and maintain Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), business continuity plans, critical service information, organizational dependencies, recovery strategies, and related program information, enabling UBC to better understand and manage operational risks and resilience across the institution.

UBC has a preference for a solution built on an extensible Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform that can support future expansion into broader enterprise risk management capabilities. However, the current procurement is focused solely on the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) capabilities required to meet UBC's current operational needs.
