Description
This is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (”UBC”, University”) intends to enter in a purchase agreement with The World Universities Insights Limited (the “THE”) for the purchase of world university rankings data platform services. The Purchase Agreement will have an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to nine (9) additional years in three (3) year increments.
