This Notice of Intent (“NOI”) is issued by The University of British Columbia (“UBC”) to notify the market that UBC intends to enter into a purchase agreement with Penny Cooper DBA Penny Cooper Evaluation for the Impact-Focused Evaluation of UBC Faculty of Medicine’s Translational Pathway.
