Description
The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) services.
FNHA currently operates under two Microsoft Enterprise Agreements with active terms extending through September 30, 2028 and February 29, 2029. While these agreements remain in effect, FNHA must maintain an active LSP to transact under them. The selected LSP will be responsible for processing orders and true ups, managing billing and reporting, supporting compliance, and providing licensing guidance and optimization recommendations. FNHA has approximately 1,250 staff members, with additional Microsoft add on licenses assigned based on role specific needs. FNHA anticipates increased cloud adoption during the term of the LSP agreement and expects the LSP to provide strategic advice on licensing models, cost optimization, and ongoing license management.
FNHA’s current LSP agreement expires in June, and this procurement is being initiated to ensure continuity of service and uninterrupted support through the remaining Enterprise Agreement terms.
