Fraser Health is seeking Expression of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Tender for General Contractor Services for an Acute Hospital Renovation Project within the Lower Mainland Region.
The project is interior renovation (approx. 1200sqm) of an acute hospital building to create new offices, staff lounge and locker spaces. The project could require multiple phases and completion on time is critical. The project’s estimated construction substantial completion date is by February 2025.
In your submission, please provide the following information:

Costs for preparation of this Request for Expression of Interest will be the sole responsibility of the Proponent.
