COMMUNITY FOREST REPLACEMENT OFFER FOR K3R
Take notice that in accordance with Section 43.4 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Quesnel Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement community forest agreement:
Community Forest Agreement: K3R
Licence Holder: Wells-Barkerville Community Forest Ltd.
Location: Wells, BC
Commencement Date: September 1, 2024
The replacement community forest agreement, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 25 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the community forest agreement it replaces.
