ake notice that in accordance with Section 15 of the Forest Act, the Regional Executive Director of the Kootenay Boundary Region has offered a replacement forest licence to the holders of the forest licences in the Arrow Timber Supply Area as listed below.

The replacement forest licences have terms of 15 years, specify the same timber supply area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licences they replace.
