- providing services and support to ensure the seamless transition to the delivery of Services and/or transition from the current service provider to a new Contractor (if applicable);
- receiving and managing the Requests for Personal Service of Protection Orders;
- providing Personal Service of Protection Orders;
- providing Affidavits of Personal Service;
- managing and providing invoices; and,
- providing performance management, audit, and statistical reporting.

The estimated contract period will be 42 month(s).
