The project is the tenant improvement of approx. 4250 sq. ft. of empty shell space. Located at 29 Helmcken Rd. Building #7, View Royal, BC V8Z 5G5. This project will be the site of Island Health Surgical Booking Offices, reception area, waiting area, open workspaces, consulting rooms, data closet, and storage/supply room spaces. Included in the project will be new floor and ceiling plans, elevations, all the details and schedules, and technical specifications. The successful Proponent will be provided with the most current information, design documents, as well as project scope reports.
