This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Okanagan College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for NRFP-25-0017 – Concessionaire Services (PC Building, Penticton Campus), as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
