Description
This RFP is for marketing and advertising services to support BCFSA with brand strategy, and campaign concept and development work in support of its winter consumer awareness campaign that is scheduled to launch and complete prior to March 31, 2025.

BCFSA may consider extending the contract beyond March 31, 2025, if the successful vendor performs to BCFSA’s satisfaction.  

BCFSA intends to contract with a Proponent who can deliver within the required timelines, and who delivers the highest value, taking quality, proposed approach, experience, service, and cost into account.

This engagement is anticipated to begin in December 2024 with three (3) one (1) year options to extend at the sole discretion of BCFSA.
