Lower Stl'atl'imx Tribal Council (LSTC) and The Samahquam Nation is seeking Proposals from a qualified Prime Contractors to undertake the construction and commissioning of 8 Single Family Dwelling Units (houses) for the Samahquam Nation. These buildings are in the Lower Stl'atl'imx Territory on the West Lillooet Lake Rd. at Q’Alatkú7em (Baptiste Smith IR 1B).
