Description
The District is looking for bids from qualified contractors for construction of new utility infrastructure on Estevan from Heron to Esplanade, and on Lincoln for Burdick to Estevan. The contractor will also construct a new storm outfall on Willows Beach during the available construction window and in accordance with all permitting.

Non-mandatory  information meeting (virtual) is scheduled for November 27, 2024 @ 2:00pm
