Description
BCI Legal Affairs wishes to learn how much of its expectations of a solution are readily available in the marketplace vs how much would need to be customized and/or built in-house. This RFI is to gather market information to assist BCI in developing an information technology plan. BCI Legal Affairs and Technology departments wish to review information from the market on what can and cannot be done towards the objectives listed in 2.3 & 2.4.
From the review of responses, BCI may identify up to five (5) Solution Providers (whether Respondents or not) to provide a product demonstration to the team.
This RFI does not request any firm costing or financial information, other than general information (for budgeting purposes only or pricing model options). This RFI will not be used to evaluate, rank or select vendors, nor will it be used to pre-qualify or screen vendors for a subsequent competitive bidding process, if any.
