Scalable Enterprise Software Subscriptions

The Ministry of Citizens’ Services is seeking to establish a Multi-Use List for Scalable Enterprise Software Subscriptions that will assist the Province in its fulfillment of the calls to action set forth in the Digital Plan. 
Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the Province’s Multi-Use List of Qualified Suppliers of Scalable Enterprise Software Subscriptions. There are 11 categories of Enterprise Software in scope of this MULRFQ namely;

Service Category 1 – Customer Service Management
Service Category 2 – Sales Management
Service Category 3 – Marketing Management
Service Category 4 – Digital Commerce
Service Category 5 – Finance Management
Service Category 6 – Supply Chain Management
Service Category 7 – IT Service Management
Service Category 8 – IT Operations Management
Service Category 9 – Portfolio and Project Management
Service Category 10 – Field Service Management
Service Category 11 – Business Intelligence

Respondents must provide Enterprise Software which qualifies in the Required Service Category and additionally must qualify in a minimum of any three or more Supplemental Service Categories.

The Province will not consider Responses from value-added resellers of Enterprise Software.
