Fraser Health Authority (the “Owner” or “Owner Participant”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to Burnaby Hospital Phase 2 & BC Cancer Centre Project (BH2BCCC) (the “Project”).
