Description
Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Selkirk District has offered a replacement woodlot licence to the holders of the woodlot licences in the Selkirk District as listed below.

Licence Holder:  WDLG Holdings Inc.  
Location:  Boundary TSA

Woodlot W0418
Licence Holder: Tina Marie Hesketh
Location:  Boundary TSA

Woodlot W0460
Licence Holder: Graham’s Farms LTD.
Location:  Revelstoke TSA

Woodlot W0470
Licence Holder: Frederick William Marshall
Location:  Boundary TSA

The replacement forest licences have terms of 20 years, specify the same woodlot licence area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licences they replace.
