Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with Chernoff Thompson Architects for the Royal Columbian Laboratory Automation replacement project (E381-00). The additional contract value is $20,000 for additional contract administration, with $86,280 completed for the maximum contract value of $106,280 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public tendering process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
CTA is currently the Architect of record for the Project (Royal Columbian Hospital Lab Automation Project). CTA has extensive knowledge of RCH Lab Project and created the documents and specifications and is currently executing the work. CTA is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations. CTA has professional liability insurance coverage.
Consultants may challenge this decision by sending an email to by April 4, 2025 – 15:00 hours local time.
Provide proof showing your qualification, workplan, insurance coverage, and worksafe BC clearance letter related to the requirements defined in this NOI. Only challenges from qualified consultants will be reviewed.
