Description
The Province is contemplating a direct award with The Governing Council of the Salvation Army in Canada. Direct awarding the funding demonstrates the Ministry commitment to provide services to vulnerable populations in Port Hardy for one year while this organization seeks other sources of funding, and the Ministry reviews these services for alignment with emerging opportunities and/or new programming.
