Bidders Site Visit***MANDATORY
A mandatory site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:Date:Wednesday May 7th, 2025Time:7:00 am – 8:30 amHospital:BC Children's Hospital & BC Women's Hospital + Health CentreAddress:4500 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6H 3N1,EntranceEntrance 26This site visit is mandatory.  Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder (Mechanical Contractors) so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
NOTE: FMO will be present to provide access to the inside of the SF-3 air handling unit. This will be the ONLY opportunity to see inside the unit before tender close, so please ensure the necessary estimators are at this site visit or come prepared to take measurements and photos. There will not be another opportunity to shut down the fan unit, as this is a critical 24/7 system serving the Vivarium.
