Description
Simon Fraser University invites tenders from Contractors for cleaning and sealing designated areas of the exterior concrete facade on various buildings located at Simon Fraser University’s Burnaby Campus.  The total scope of work will be dependent on the bid prices received and the funding available.  All work must be completed by August 30, 2025, without exception.  
There will be a mandatory pre-tender meeting at 10:00 am Thursday, May 8, 2025.  The meeting will convene on site at the SFU Transportation Centre Campus 
Security/Information Booth.  A map showing the location of the meeting is appended for reference.  Bid documents will be provided to the bidders on site.  Bids will not be accepted by the Owner from Contractors who do not attend the mandatory pre-tender meeting.
