Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Safe Software Inc for the provision of software renewal for our FME Server and FME Desktop software.
 The renewal of the services is required to ensure the business continuity and keep the existing software functioning properly. Safe Software is proprietary to this company.
 Term: 1 years
 Value: The contract is valued at approximately $28,350.00 CAD for the 1-year term.
