The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
As and When project supervision on a planned bridge removal and re-install with wooden deck. The term of the contract is expected to be until March 31st, 2026.
The aggregate value of the contract is expected not to exceed, exclusive of applicable taxes $75,000.00 with no promise of any work.
The Province is contemplating a direct award with the Supplier for the following reasons:
Isolated location of works – Bella Coola Valley Immediate response times (being local) Sole source in the area with specific expertise and experience in timber bridges removal and install. No expenses or LOA NOTE: “Until further notice, any challenge brought by a U.S. Supplier to this Notice of Intent will be disregarded and not be considered.”
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s).
