Description
UBC is looking for a service provider to enable an Emergency Notification System for the purpose of integrating with UBC databases to allow for sending immediate and consistent notifications to our campus community primarily via mobile devices (voice and text) and through RSS feeds. The system will be supporting emergency notification for multiple geographical locations and requires a user-friendly web-accessible dashboard.
