The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified and experienced firms to complete a Green Fleet Strategic Plan assessment for the City of Coquitlam.
Obtaining RFP Documents
RFP Documents are available for downloading from the City of Coquitlam website: coquitlam.ca/bids
Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.
Proposals will be received on or before 2:00 pm local time on:

Please Note: The Purchasing Department at City Hall will be closed noon on December 23, 2022 until January 2, 2023. Enquiries will be reviewed on January 3, 2023. City Service Operations will remain in full service.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
