Description
The structure is to be a fully secured weather resistant storage amenity, having a minimum clear interior storage space measuring 9.0 m in length, 6.5 m in depth, and 1.6m in height. Access is to be provided by either a single entry door, or a set of two doors, providing a clear access opening of no less than 8.4m in length, and 1.6m in height. A detailed summary of the minimum requirements for the storage structure is outlined in the attached.
It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing date and time set out above, any addenda issued by the City of Delta. Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.
