The scope of work will include:A comparative sensitivity analysis of the CI values estimated using the GHGenius and Fuel LCA models to evaluate how input variations affect CI outcomes; A review and collection of key data from external databases and peer-reviewed literature; An assessment of data accuracy, regional representativeness, and volatility relevant to fuels supplied to BC; and Recommendations for input assumptions and model configurations that reflect BC-specific policy needs.This work will inform BC’s collaboration with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) to adapt Fuel LCA for provincial use, ensuring regional data integration and methodological alignment, and enabling broader interjurisdictional harmonization of CI modeling.
