Description
The purpose of this project is to develop and deliver comprehensive governance training aimed at strengthening the capacity of agricultural Organizations and Ministry staff across British Columbia. The training will support participants to increase their understanding of board governance and ways to effectively use the training at the board table. The contract will focus on increasing effective board governance, improving operational efficiency, fostering transparency, and enhancing stakeholder relationships within the sector.
All deliverables and a final report must be completed by March 1, 2027.
