Through this Invitation to Pre-qualify (ITP), TransLink is seeking to pre-qualify approximately five (5) Contractor  firms and/or individuals in each Areas below, with experience in Strategic Management Consulting Advisory Services to support strategic and operational excellence across multiple enterprise functions, including but not limited to: Information Technology; People & Culture; Change Management; Finance; Engineering; Marketing; Planning; Safety; Operations, and Maintenance. Proponents may respond to any one or all the services listed below:

Area 1: Organizational Structure Review and Design / Area 2: Strategic Plan Review and Development including but not limited to (2a) Technology, Digital and AI  (2b) Capital Project and Special Programs / Area 3: Facilitation Services / Area 4: General Advisory Services / Area 5:  Change Mgmt Services /  Area 6: Process Improvement Services.
